Our customers include individual collectors, dealers, appraisers, auctioneers & other industry professionals. We buy most titles directly from the publisher; this ensures our price guides are the most recent. Because our stock is always fresh, you won't receive heavily thumbed shelf copies from us! Authors are encouraged to submit their reference titles for our consideration.

- Q: What is the condition of your books?
- A: Unless a book ad is specifically marked otherwise, our books are new, never browsed, no seconds, no cosmetic blemishes, etc.
- Q: Is this the most current edition of this book?
- A: Yes. We only carry current in-print stock. We are a direct from the publisher retailer of reference books. Only the most recent editions are stocked, unless the book is specifically marked as a "scuff copy" in the ad.
- Q: What is your Returns policy?
- A: Video Game Guides: We’re sorry, but video game guides are non-returnable.
All Other Book Titles: We accept returns within 14 days of our ship date to you. Refunds are given as store credit ONLY - we do not give PayPal or credit card refunds. Returns must be authorized in advance via email; unauthorized returns will be refused. All shipping is non-refundable. Returns must arrive in the same undamaged new condition as shipped originally – we cannot refund or exchange used or damaged books. Thanks for your business!

- Q: What shipping method do you use for USA domestic customers?
- A: Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Media Mail. US Postal Service Priority is offered as an upgrade via the eBay listing.
- Q: How should I pay for my eBay purchase?
- A: We require instant payment via PayPal at the time of purchase. We do not offer any other payment method for eBay purchases.
- Q: When will my purchase ship?
- A: We ship on the next US Postal Service business day, Mon.-Fri.
- Q: When will my purchase arrive?
- A: Normal arrival time for standard shipping is 7-12 business days.
- Q: Can I combine purchases for a single shipment?
- A: Unfortunately eBay does not support combined shipping when the customer pays immediately upon purchase. However, our shipping fees are exceptionally low.

- A: PayPal is the only payment method we offer for eBay purchases. PayPal permits you to pay using all major credit cards, as well as eChecks from your bank account.

- USA Customers: We use Delivery Confirmation Tracking for ALL shipments, and insure (at our cost) ALL high value shipments.
- International Customers: Global Express is the ONLY insured shipping method we offer. All other international orders ship WITHOUT insurance at the customer’s risk - we do NOT replace losses or damage.
